Accordingly, he was a pioneer in medical records improvements. And “medical knowledge processing” using those improved medical records to continuously and thoughtfully oversee interventions and drive faster, better, cheaper, safer, and most effective management and risk management protections for patients, employees, and families. He was also a pioneer in remote care. And now is a pioneer in employer-based protection of employees and families for their and the employer’s benefits. 

Founding Safely2Prosperity

At the helm of Safely2Prosperity (S2P) as the Founder and Executive Chairman, Dr. Norris, and the CEO he recruited, Haden Land, lead the world’s charge in bringing innovative solutions to the healthcare sector. Academic, government, and business groups have recognized Dr. Norris’s illustrious career. One of the most significant highlights was his service as the Principal Deputy Commissioner and COO of the US FDA. At the request of two US Presidents and a Secretary of Health and Human Services, he spearheaded transformative internal reforms within the FDA.

His ability to help lead under pressure and collaborate with various stakeholders earned him high honors from a US President and Secretary of Health and Human Services. These achievements and awards showcased his leadership skills and demonstrated his dedication to serving his country at the risk of his health and positively impacting society.
